Our Promise

At Kyxrelynghol, we take pride in every handmade greeting card we create. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we stand behind the quality of our products.

Return Eligibility

Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our products, we have specific return guidelines:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned unless defective
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom greeting cards made to your specifications
  • Personalized stationery with names or messages
  • Items that have been written on or used
  • Sale or clearance items

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will:

  • Provide a replacement at no additional cost
  • Offer a full refund including shipping costs
  • Request photos of the damage for our records

How to Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at notifyuse@kyxrelynghol.world with your order number
  2. Describe the reason for your return
  3. Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions
  4. Ship the item in protective packaging

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • We sent the wrong item
  • The return is due to our error

We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Process

Once we receive your return:

  • We will inspect the item within 3 business days
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange eligible items for a different design or product of equal value. Contact us to arrange an exchange. If the new item costs more, we will invoice you for the difference.
